In the last decade, Breast MRI has surfaced from the domain of research into clinical practice. It has become a widely accepted modality to detect and evaluate breast disease and the list of indications is continuously expanding. To perform state-of-the-art breast MRI, knowledge of both technical aspects and current indications is essential. The aim of these Guidelines is to provide handholds for breast radiologists in order to deliver current best practice to their patients, as deemed appropriate by the EUSOBI.
