At its annual scientific meeting on March 5, 2009, EUSOBI plans to introduce a newly invented session called Young Researchers Forum, in which 5 selected papers published by young radiologists will be presented.
As a grant, the young presenters will have the registration fees waived and receive one night's accommodation for free (March 4-5, 2009). Additionally, the best presenters will obtain a Young Researchers Forum Award.
Qualification Criteria for Applying for the Young Researchers Forum:
- applicants must not be older than 40 years
- applicants must have published a "breast related" presentation in English language between July 2007 and July 2008, that can serve as a reference
In order to apply for the Young Researchers Forum, please fill out the Application Form until October 10, 2008 the latest. The EUSOBI board will then decide on the best 5 presentations.

The Accreditation for CMEs of the EUSOBI School of Breast Imaging in Athens from May 30 - 31, 2008 is now available online. The EACCME has granted 9 European CME credits (ECMEC) to the course.

The EUSOBI is happy to introduce the currently developed EPOS™ area, which exclusively enables EUSOBI members to receive access to see the displayed breast-related topics of the past ECR 2008 for one year, by simply logging in with their lastname and their e-mail address.

Following the input from many people during the EUSOBI 2007 as well as the General Assembly, we are now happy to announce that EUSOBI will offer 4 EPOS workstations during the Annual Scientific Meeting 2008.
This enables EUSOBI participants to see the displayed ECR Breast Related Topics already one day earlier to the official opening of the ECR 2008.
Furthermore, after the congress, members of the EUSOBI will receive login data in order to access directly from the EUSOBI website via a secure area to EPOS - comprising breast related topics - for one year.
