The European Society of Breast Imaging is growing year by year. Not only its members have increased to a record-breaking number of 1426 in the previous year, also its activities with regards to research and education are growing and becoming more important for the breast imaging community worldwide. Therefore, the EUSOBI Executive Board & Committees are looking for keen and enthusiastic radiologists, radiology residents or other medical specialists with an interest in breast imaging to join our various committees.

EUSOBI currently counts 4 committees which are all looking for new members:

• Educational Committee (application is open to all interested EUSOBI members in good standing)
• Scientific Committee (application is open to all interested EUSOBI members in good standing)
• International Relations Committee (application is open to all interested EUSOBI members in good standing)
• Young Club (EYC) Committee (application is open to EUSOBI members in good standing below the age of 41)

If you are interested to join one of EUSOBI’s Committees, please email your CV and a motivation letter (both in English language), explaining why you are interested in this position and what benefit you could bring for the Committee. Please also state which Committee you are wishing to join.

The Executive Board will consider all applications received by the given deadline. We are looking for gender, ethnic and geographical diversity. The Committees’ chairs may invite the best applicants for an interview. As soon as the decision has been made we will inform all applicants by email. The new Committee members will officially be announced at the General Assembly in October 2022.

The term of office will run concurrently with the Executive Board, from October 2022 till October 2024, and can be renewed thereafter.
